REASON
綻びを直したり、リメイクしたり。お裁縫は長くものを愛するための一つの方法であり、愛情を紡ぐ豊かな時間を生み出します。これは SDGsの観点からも重要な教育の一つと捉えています。「お裁縫」の出会い方、固定概念を外し、誰もがその楽しさを分かち合える「はじまりのお裁縫箱」を作りたい、そう考えたことが開発のきっかけです。
Repairing or remaking, sewing is a way to love things for a long time, and it creates a rich time to weave love and affection. We believe this is one of the important educational activities from the viewpoint of SDGs. We wanted to create a “First Sewing Box” that would allow everyone to share in the joy of sewing, and this is what inspired us to develop this product.
FORM
・装飾を省いたシンプルなデザイン
Simple design with no decoration.
・日本の伝統技術を用いた桐箱は木の自然な色が優しく、一つとして同じものはない。
Using traditional Japanese techniques, paulownia boxes have the gentle natural color of wood, and no two are alike.
・外箱は徐々に艶が出て、色も濃くなってゆき、変化していく楽しみがある。
The outer box gradually becomes shiny and darker in color and is a pleasure to use as it changes.
・道具に使われている布は日本の伝統技術でおられた「ちりめん」を使用し、温かで心地よい テクスチャー
The cloth used for the tools is made of “Chirimen”, a traditional Japanese technique, and has a warmth and comfortable texture.
・丸いフォルムの針山は梅の花をモチーフにし、ワクワクする華やかさを演出
The round shape of the needle holder is based on the motif of a plum flower, creating an exciting and gorgeous effect.
